Abu Dhabi Police out of Control. Buys Lykan HyperSport

For those of you unaware the Lykan HyperSport is a $3.4 million dollar car which only 7 are known to be made. It’s an exceptionally uncommon and outlandish automobile. Actually, about the main spot you may have seen this auto was in Fast and Furious 7, this hypercar hopped between structures in that film. The Lykan HyperSport is hailed as the first Middle Eastern supercar.

Power for the Lykan originates from a 3.7L twin-turbo level six that conveys 740hp. The manufacture claims that he car can hit 62mph from a stop in just 2.8 seconds. The top speed is said to be 245mph. I personally think all these stats are totally made up. All that, but not sure if it’s worth the incredible $3.4 million.

The buy was going for one Abu Dhabi’s neighbour Dubai that has an excess of extraordinary autos in its fleet. Dubai has a Lamborghini Aventador, Aston Martin One-77, Ferrari FF, and a Bugatti Veyron among others.

I think it’s awesome to be able to see such spectacular cars driving around, but if it was my towns Police force doing this I would be pissed. Spending tax payers money on clearly stupid cars for Police work. People have said that Dubai has many super cars and hyper cars and the Police need a little more special of cars to keep up with them. The argument makes sense to a degree until the Dubai Police said they do not ever use these cars for Police work. They are strictly for show purposes and bragging rights.
